An open-source, federated governance platform that compiles a written constitution into running software — PR-STV elections with cryptographic ballot secrecy, courts, and a redistricting engine over ~951,000 real-world jurisdictions. Laravel, PostGIS, Vue, Matrix, Docker.
Translated all coalition web content into 63 languages and exported them into multilingual PDFs for global distribution. Ensured every foundational concept was universally accessible. Supported worldwide outreach and local coalition formation.
Created a full offline replication of the coalition’s website using XAMPP, including multilingual videos and PDFs. Packaged the system onto USB drives to support local coalitions with limited or unreliable internet.
Created a complete LMS experience with lessons and quizzes for every major piece of educational content. Enabled structured volunteer training and verified comprehension pathways. Integrated the LMS with PMP and video content to provide a cohesive educational environment.
Designed and implemented the Cosmopolitan Survey to gather supporter perspectives on governance, voting reform, and policy topics. Connected results to public profiles for enhanced community insight.
Integrated the Google Civics API to identify supporters’ elected representatives and automate toolkit donations. Users can sponsor or send multilingual educational toolkits directly to officials or to themselves.
Launched the coalition’s merchandise store using Printful and integrated it with the main website. Created branded items to support outreach, identity, and fundraising efforts. Provided an accessible way for supporters to visibly engage with the movement.
Developed a translation pipeline using Python, FFmpeg, and HeyGen Interface to create dubbed and captioned versions of all educational videos. Delivered 54 videos in 77 languages embedded into LMS modules and public pages.
Built a complete membership directory system using Paid Memberships Pro with public profiles, maps, role classifications, and survey integration. Enabled supporters, content creators, and donors to maintain enriched public coalition profiles.
Converted long-form content into high-volume short-form clips and published them across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitch, and LinkedIn. Established a sustained publishing calendar that expanded visibility and engagement.
