JDSileo.com Redesign & Platform Revamp

In July 2026 I rebuilt my own platform end to end — the site you are reading right now. 123 case studies were elevated into a single design system, 170 branded archive pages were generated for every skill and category, and the whole site was consolidated into a one-page platform with a scored intake form and live Microsoft Teams booking on my Exchange calendar. The build itself is the demonstration: AI-assisted delivery with Claude Code (Opus and Fable), multi-agent workflows for research, adversarial QA, and image sourcing, and every number fact-checked against the database before it shipped.

My Own Site Was the Last Legacy System

After years of shipping for everyone else, jdsileo.com was the shoemaker’s-children site: 114 thin project stubs, agency-voice copy on a dated services page, no structured data, and no way to book me. The brief I gave myself: make the portfolio itself the proof — elevate every case study, reposition around automation and AI-assisted delivery, and turn the site into a working funnel that puts qualified Teams calls straight onto my calendar.

What I Delivered

lines of HTML codes

123 case studies, one design system

Every project page rebuilt programmatically — branded heroes, deliverable cards, archive-linked skill chips, counters, and licensed-image credits — generated straight into the Elementor data layer, no page-builder clicking.

Abstract glowing data-network mesh

170 branded archive pages

A family-based system that gives every tag and category an on-topic hero, framing copy, and an SEO description — idempotent, so archives for new skills build themselves on the next run.

A one-page platform

Services, portfolio, testimonials, and intake merged into a single front page with anchor navigation — and a 301 architecture so every legacy URL, resume link, and share still lands exactly where it should.

Printed project reports on a white desk

Scored intake with live Teams booking

A custom WordPress plugin: two-path intake (full-time vs. consulting) with server-side fit scoring, Microsoft Graph free/busy from my Exchange calendar, and one-click Teams meetings that carry the brief on the invite.

Search & AI ready

ProfessionalService schema, clean sitemaps, llms.txt for AI assistants, handwritten metadata on every page, and openly licensed imagery with automatic credit lines.

An AI-orchestrated build

Claude Code (Opus and Fable) running multi-agent workflows — market research, adversarial copy QA, contact-sheet image vetting — with a human eye on every batch and evidence checks on every metric.

The Impact

The site went from brochure to working system: 123 elevated case studies feeding 170 branded archives, a one-page platform with four conversion paths into a scored intake, live free/busy booking on my own calendar, and machine-readable schema plus llms.txt for search engines and AI assistants. Every legacy URL 301s to its new home, and every claim on the front page is backed by a numbered project.

The Site Is the Case Study

Everything this portfolio claims — automation, systems integration, AI-assisted development, fast delivery — is demonstrated by the site you’re reading it on. Four days of AI-orchestrated work produced what a typical agency engagement takes months to deliver, and the same governed workflow is available for your platform.
