A Lumen prospecting system that lists Client Development Cards with click-to-call and ties into the Sales Event Calendar — leadership plans sales and resets prospects to keep the list fresh.
Built a secure automated workflow to transfer documents directly from network scanners to SharePoint libraries.
Improved the reliability and accuracy of routing synchronization between DispatchTrack and AccuDash. Resolved inconsistent data updates and strengthened coordination between systems. Enhanced scheduling accuracy for service operations.
Built a multilingual Discord server powered by automated translation channels supporting 25 languages. Allowed participants to communicate in real time, each in their native language, with automatic cross-translation.
