SPOT Corporate Program Integration (ASAP → SPOT)

For La-Z-Boy’s corporate program, I replaced the legacy ASAP reporting system by bringing the new SPOT data feed into AccuDash — giving internal teams accurate, unified reporting and clearer visibility into corporate performance metrics.

The Challenge

The corporate program was moving off the aging ASAP reporting system onto a new SPOT data feed. The integration had to land cleanly in AccuDash and stay compatible with established internal reporting workflows — no gaps, and no broken reports through the cutover.
