Company Survey Automation Engine

I built the backend logic that processes annual company-survey results from Microsoft Forms and feeds them into internal displays — ensuring accurate data transformation for leadership and tightening the organizational feedback loop.

Feedback That Arrived Too Late

The annual company survey generated valuable feedback that took too long to reach leadership — raw Microsoft Forms results had to be wrangled by hand before anyone could act. The goal was an engine that transformed and surfaced the results automatically.

The Impact

Annual survey results now flow automatically from Microsoft Forms into internal displays — accurate, transformed, and timely enough for leadership to actually act on.

Close the Loop While It Matters

Feedback that arrives after the moment has passed is just data. Automating the survey pipeline got clean results in front of leadership fast — turning an annual formality into a signal they could use.
