I built a full offline replica of the coalition’s website with XAMPP — multilingual videos, PDFs, a local webserver, and a custom video player — packaged onto USB drives so local coalitions with limited or unreliable internet can run the complete platform anywhere.
A Movement That Needs the Internet — Where There Isn’t Any
The coalition’s educational platform assumed a reliable internet connection that many local organizers simply don’t have. Reaching them meant replicating the entire site to run offline — videos, PDFs, webserver, and all — and packaging it so anyone could plug it in and go.
What I Delivered

Full offline replica (XAMPP)
Recreated the entire site to run locally with XAMPP — no internet required.

Multilingual videos & PDFs
Bundled multilingual videos, PDFs, and a custom video player into the package.

Packaged on USB drives
Delivered the whole system on USB drives ready for local coalitions.

Runs anywhere
Gave global organizers a complete, localized platform for low-connectivity areas.

The Impact
A complete offline edition of the coalition’s platform — site, multilingual videos, PDFs, and a local webserver on a USB drive — so organizers in low-connectivity areas can run the whole movement’s education locally.
Meet People Where the Signal Doesn’t Reach
Access shouldn’t depend on bandwidth. Packaging the entire platform onto a USB drive — offline, multilingual, self-contained — put the coalition’s education in the hands of organizers the internet forgets.
