I built an automated integration that registers customers’ furniture with Servco’s (formerly Ultra Shield) cover-warranty system the moment it’s delivered — closing the gap where manual entries got missed and warranty claims got harder.
Warranties That Depended on Remembering
Furniture warranty coverage only works if the registration actually happens — and when that step is manual, some deliveries slip through. Missed registrations surface later as denied or complicated claims. The fix was to make registration automatic at the moment of delivery, with no one having to remember.
What I Delivered

Auto-register on delivery
Registers each customer’s furniture with Servco automatically as soon as it’s delivered.

Servco system integration
Built the connector into Servco’s cover-warranty system for hands-off registration.

No more missed entries
Removed the manual step that let registrations fall through the cracks.

Smoother warranty claims
Cleaner registration data means a smoother claims experience for customers and support.

The Impact
Furniture now registers with Servco’s warranty system automatically at delivery — missed entries eliminated, claims made smoother, and a better warranty experience for both customers and the support team.
Automate the Step Everyone Forgets
The registrations that get missed are never missed on purpose — they’re just one manual step too many. Wiring it into delivery made warranty coverage automatic and reliable, and turned a quiet source of claim friction into a non-issue.
