Developed a new integration between our service systems, Furniture Academy and AccuDash, and DispatchTrack to streamline route requests. This methodology allows customers to submit a ranked list of up to three preferred dates, automatically selecting the first available date in DispatchTrack. Service agents retain flexibility to adjust to the second or third options as needed, eliminating the need for customer service involvement. Once scheduled, customers receive automated notifications confirming the chosen route date, enhancing both customer and service tech flexibility and efficiency.
