Led the migration to AccuDash, a custom-built service system replacing a rigid, outdated platform. A key part of the project involved developing a robust data connector that extracted all legacy service data into AccuDash, ensuring a seamless transition with no loss of historical records. This integration allowed AccuDash to launch with full access to past service data, significantly improving service request tracking, scheduling, and completion. With this new, adaptable system, our team now has the flexibility to implement ongoing enhancements, meeting the evolving needs of our service department.
