Led the migration of our Teams projects from Asana to Microsoft Planner, converting all relevant project data and preparing to fully wind down Asana before our annual renewal. With Microsoft Planner already included in our MS environment, this migration eliminates the need for Asana Premium, resulting in a monthly savings of ~$270 for 20 users. This transition optimizes project management costs while maintaining functionality within our existing MS ecosystem.
