I built an integration linking our service systems — Furniture Academy and AccuDash — with DispatchTrack to streamline route scheduling, letting customers submit up to three ranked date preferences and having the system automatically book the first available one.
Scheduling by Phone Tag
Booking a delivery or service route meant back-and-forth: a customer names a date, an agent checks DispatchTrack, repeat. Automating it meant letting customers rank their preferred dates and having the integration pick the first that actually fit the route — without a human in the loop for the routine case.
What I Delivered

System integration
Connected Furniture Academy and AccuDash to DispatchTrack for direct, automated route requests.

Ranked date preferences
Let customers submit up to three preferred dates, in order of preference.

Automatic scheduling
Automatically selected the first available date in DispatchTrack — no agent needed for the routine case.

Automated notifications
Confirmed the chosen route date to customers automatically, keeping everyone in the loop.

The Impact
Customers scheduling their own routes with ranked date preferences, DispatchTrack auto-selecting the first that fits, and automatic confirmations — routine scheduling handled without customer-service involvement, and agents free to adjust when needed.
Let the Calendar Do the Talking
The best scheduling flow is the one that never needs a call. Wiring Furniture Academy and AccuDash into DispatchTrack turned date-picking into a self-service step: customers rank, the system books, everyone gets confirmed, automatically.
