In this innovative project, I developed a “Driver/Tech Performance Ranking System” aimed at boosting productivity and morale among our field staff. Utilizing data pulled from Dispatch Track and other relevant sources, I created a comprehensive system that ranked drivers and technicians based on various performance metrics. This ranking system was designed not only to track and analyze performance but also to foster a spirit of healthy competition among the team members.
The system was pivotal in identifying top performers, who were then eligible for bonuses, thereby incentivizing excellence in service delivery. By implementing this system, we not only saw an improvement in operational efficiency but also enhanced job satisfaction among our staff.
