I built a Driver/Tech Performance Ranking System that pulled data from DispatchTrack and other sources to rank drivers and technicians on real performance metrics — turning field-staff productivity into something visible, competitive, and rewarded.
Performance You Couldn’t See
Field-staff productivity is hard to measure and easy to leave to gut feel. Without a clear, data-backed picture of who was excelling, there was no fair way to recognize top performers, or to spark the healthy competition that lifts a whole team.
What I Delivered

DispatchTrack data
Pulled performance data from DispatchTrack and other sources into one comprehensive ranking system.

Performance rankings
Ranked drivers and technicians on real metrics — an objective, transparent scoreboard for the field.

Bonuses for top performers
Tied rankings to bonus eligibility, turning strong performance into real, earned rewards.

Productivity & morale
Sparked healthy competition that lifted both operational efficiency and team morale.

The Impact
A transparent, data-driven ranking system that surfaced top performers, tied excellence to bonuses, and turned field-staff productivity into a friendly competition — lifting efficiency and morale together.
A Scoreboard the Whole Team Plays For
People rise to what’s measured and rewarded. Turning DispatchTrack data into a fair, visible ranking gave the field team a reason to compete, and gave management an objective way to recognize the drivers and techs carrying the load.
