I led a time-sensitive restructuring of Carolina Christian Academy’s campus network — assessing and overhauling the infrastructure across a multi-floor campus and integrating their accounting software with the new setup, all before the school year began.
A Network on a School-Year Deadline
The academy’s network had to be fully operational and optimized before students returned — a hard, immovable deadline. The campus sprawled across multiple floors and a tangle of aging network devices, and the finish line included getting their accounting software running cleanly on the new setup.
What I Delivered

Network assessment
Assessed the existing multi-floor setup end to end, mapping what to keep, replace, and re-cable.

Infrastructure upgrade
Upgraded devices and coverage across the campus for better connectivity, speed, and security.

Accounting integration
Integrated and configured the academy's accounting software against the new network — clean operation, intact data.

Delivered on deadline
Brought it all online before the school year — the network ready when students and staff arrived.

The Impact
A faster, more secure campus network spanning every floor, with the academy’s accounting software integrated and running — delivered before day one of the school year.
Ready Before the Bell
A school network isn’t done when it works — it’s done when it works before the students arrive. Assessing carefully, upgrading decisively, and integrating the accounting system on a tight timeline is what put Carolina Christian Academy online for the new year.
