I built a real-time Service Performance Dashboard with Chart.js that visualizes ticket volume, scheduling activity, completions, and agent performance — giving leadership clear visibility into service trends and the bottlenecks worth acting on.

Leadership was making staffing and resourcing calls without a clear view of service performance — ticket volume, scheduling, completions, and agent output all lived in scattered reports. The goal was a single, real-time dashboard that turned that raw activity into decisions.
