I built and tested a connector between BillerIQ and the new AccuDash service system so customer payments post to service tickets in real time — replacing an email-notification workflow with instant, automatic reconciliation.
Payments That Arrived by Email
Before the integration, a customer payment in BillerIQ didn’t reach the service ticket on its own — someone had to read an email notification and apply it by hand. That lag introduced errors and slowed response. The fix was a connector that moved payments straight into AccuDash the moment they happened.
What I Delivered

BillerIQ ↔ AccuDash connector
Built middleware linking the BillerIQ payment portal to the AccuDash service system.

Real-time payment posting
Payments made in the portal apply to the matching service ticket instantly — no manual step.

Customer-facing portal payments
Customers pay through the portal and see the update reflected on their ticket right away.

Manual processing eliminated
Retired the email-notification workflow, improving both accuracy and response time.

The Impact
Customer payments now flow straight from BillerIQ into AccuDash service tickets in real time — the manual, email-driven step is gone, and accuracy and response time both improved.
Let the Systems Do the Reconciling
Every hand-keyed payment is a chance to mis-key one. Wiring BillerIQ directly into AccuDash turned a slow email-and-retype loop into an instant, accurate hand-off — customers see their payment land, and the service team stops chasing notifications.
