I built the production Terms & Conditions system, integrated into Lumen. Codex-built endpoints route signed agreements into the workflow, and a self-hosted DocuSeal instance handles the signatures — inexpensive, fully customizable, and completely in-house and secure. It supersedes the earlier WPForms prototype.
Signatures You Don’t Control
Off-the-shelf e-signature services are expensive and hand control of sensitive signed documents to a third party. We wanted real, legally sound e-signatures wired into Lumen — but on infrastructure we owned, at a cost that made sense, with the documents staying ours.
What I Delivered

Codex-built endpoints
Built the signing endpoints with OpenAI Codex to route agreements into Lumen.

Self-hosted DocuSeal
Ran a locally hosted DocuSeal instance for low-cost, fully customizable signatures.

Integrated into Lumen
Wired signing directly into the Lumen workflow, remote or on in-store iPads.

In-house & secure
Kept every signed document private, under our control, and fully secure.

The Impact
Live Terms & Conditions signing inside Lumen — Codex-built endpoints and a self-hosted DocuSeal instance delivering cheap, customizable, fully secure e-signatures, with every document kept in-house.
Own Your Signatures
Commercial e-signature services are expensive and hold your documents hostage. Self-hosting DocuSeal behind Codex-built endpoints made customer authorization instant, cheap, and completely in-house — the control kept where it belongs.
