When labor credits stopped covering many services, I revamped the AccuDash inspection questions to automate much of the back-office claims paperwork — turning inspection outcomes into completed paperwork automatically.
New Rules, More Manual Paperwork
Losing labor credits on many services meant the back office suddenly had far more claims paperwork to process by hand — a policy change translating straight into workload. The fix was to rework the inspection questions so their answers generated the required paperwork automatically.
What I Delivered

Revamped inspection questions
Redesigned the AccuDash inspection questions to capture exactly what the paperwork needs.

Auto-generated paperwork
Turned inspection outcomes into completed back-office claims paperwork automatically.

Adapted to lost credits
Reworked the process around the loss of labor credits, not against it.

Less manual processing
Removed much of the manual claims work the policy change would have created.

The Impact
Inspection outcomes in AccuDash now generate the back-office claims paperwork automatically — absorbing the extra workload the loss of labor credits would otherwise have dumped on staff.
Automate the Consequence, Not Just the Task
A policy change upstream becomes a workload change downstream. Reworking the inspection questions so they produced the paperwork themselves turned a new manual burden into an automated one — the same outcome, without the extra hands.
