In this pivotal project, I developed an advanced returns module for our Warehouse Management System (WMS) that revolutionized our handling of returned items. The module was specifically designed to automatically capture and sync updates from our Point of Sale (POS) and Delivery Routing software. This real-time integration ensured that every returned item was immediately accounted for upon its arrival at the warehouse dock.
