I built a prospecting system in Lumen that lists Client Development Cards (CDCs) and leverages the click-to-call features developed in earlier projects. Combined with the Sales Event Calendar’s leadership controls, it lets leadership plan future sales and reset prospects to keep the list fresh — making it easier for salespeople to drive traffic.

Prospect lists go stale and calling is friction, so reps quietly stop working them. The system needed to surface the right Client Development Cards, make calling them one click, and give leadership the levers to plan sales and refresh the pool — so prospecting stayed easy enough to actually happen.
